3. Cyborg

As a brilliantly intelligent young man with a promising sports career ahead of him, Victor Stone was incredibly lucky. But when an unfortunate accident robs him of his future, his father uses an Apokoliptan Mother Box to restore him. Doing so turns him into Cyborg, one of the Justice League’s most powerful heroes.
What makes Cyborg such a tragic figure is the speed with which his life changed. One minute, he’s a gifted young man, and the next, he’s mostly made up of alien technology and his body is doing all kinds of things he never could have dreamed of. It’s got to be jarring, to say the least.
For all his incredible gifts, Cyborg is unable to blend in with human society, and doesn’t fully understand his own power. Not only is his life as he knew it over in an instant, but he lives on in a mechanical body that he never asked for. Cyborg is constantly reminded of the things he lost and can never recover, and that makes him an especially tragic movie superhero.
