4. The Lord Of The Rings: The War Of The Rohirrim
One of our most anticipated movies of 2024 is one that many fantasy-lovers will be eagerly awaiting: The Lord of the Rings: The War of the Rohirrim. Set 261 years prior to the events of The Two Towers, the film will chronicle the plight of the legendary king of Rohan Helm Hammerhand as he defends his homeland against an army of Dunlendings. An animated film, The War of the Rohirrim will expand upon the Middle-Earth franchise, and is scheduled for a December 13 release.
3. Nosferatu
2024 will see the release of Nosferatu, Robert Eggers’ remake of the 1922 classic. The gothic horror film will star Bill Skarsgård as the titular vampire, supported by a star-studded cast featuring Lily-Rose Depp, Nicholas Hoult, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Emma Corrin, Willem Dafoe, and Ralph Ineson. Nosferatu is scheduled for release on December 25, 2024.
