12. Kingdom Of The Planet Of The Apes
The coming year will also see the release of the next instalment in the Planet of the Apes reboot franchise. Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes will pick up the franchise’s story generations after the events of 2017’s War for the Planet of the Apes, following a young ape in a world in which humans have begun regressing to a feral state. Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes is scheduled for release on May 24.
11. Kraven The Hunter
Though it may not be as successful as the MCU, the other ongoing Marvel franchise, Sony’s Spider-Man Universe, will see two new films released in 2024. Kraven the Hunter will star Aaron Taylor Johnson as the titular Spider-Man villain in an origin story which will also feature Russell Crowe. The film will be set in the same universe as the likes of Morbius and the Venom movies, further expanding Sony’s Universe. Kraven the Hunter is set for release on August 30.
