The beautifully-animated Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse is FINALLY getting a sequel this year. After being delayed and rescheduled for release multiple times, Across the Spider-Verse is finally set to release in June. Miles Morales will be faced with an even bigger multiverse of Spider-Men, and – as anyone who watched Into the Spider-Verse will tell you – the sequel is bound to be equally gorgeous and mind-bending.
1. Renfield
Scheduled release date: 14 April 2023
He’s responsible for countless unintentionally funny movie moments, but seeing Nicolas Cage as Dracula is something that some of us have been waiting our entire lives for. Renfield is set to deliver just that, in a dark comedy-horror about Dracula’s lackey starring Nicholas Hoult, with Cage himself playing the King of the Bloodsuckers. Giving Cage free rein to finally live up to the vampiric potential he displayed in Vampire’s Kiss, Renfield stands out as one of 2023’s most interesting upcoming movies.
